Can we talk about how climate change disproportionately affects poc yet? Those least affected hold a possessive ownership over the concept.

Those least affected certainly bear most responsibility, but rest is catching up, and a solution must involve most people. China knows this.

A fair solution might be a CO2 tax levied at source, with proceeds distributed world-wide on a per-capita basis.

US uses, say, 20x more CO2 per capita than Bangladesh. Most taxes paid by the rich would go to the poor. But if no tax, what do you propose?
