I just saw someone get chopped on Chopped bc they "overcooked" their meat. Yet every black/latinx/native person I know eats meat like this.

Like argentines are known to have the best steak or whatever they don't serve it bloody. It's well cooked. And it's damn good.

Ever had a Mexican taco? Again: the meat is WELL DONE. It doesn't drop blood. It grosses me out thinking that it would.

Same thing with an Indian taco. The meat is delicious and (surprise!) well done. Just like Navajo mutton... again, it's well done.

Every black barbecue I've ever been to? The meat is well done. Perfect potato salad. Perfectly cooked meat.

You wanna eat a bloody steak? That's cool but how do we begin to make some room for non-white people who like to cook/eat meat all the way?
