2) Impossible to know how adhere to an executive order if you can't confirm its existence. Are you breaking the law? Who knows? Not you.

3) If authorities know executive orders are secret, can/will they use them as an excuse to institute new and abusive policies?

4) As journos try to figure out what's in the orders, they'll inevitably get some of the secrets wrong. They'll get accused of "fake news."

A refugee is a person forced to leave their country due to war, persecution, natural disaster, etc. Trump is now creating refugees.
