Black population is 13% but only 3% of @Dropbox staff. Latinx pop is 18% but only 6% of staff. That's the problem, not ALL "minorities."
That's cool you wanna be transparent, @Dropbox. But being so means paying attention to pushback. I hope you listen to what we're saying.
If you wanna succeed at bringing in underrepresented (black, latinx, and YES native) people you gotta acknowledge the problem... @Dropbox
