Can someone help me make a twitter bot: respond "Did you know it's actually winter in Rio?" to every "Summer Olympics" tweet? Please DM me.

So... there's a lot of justification for why people want to call it the "Summer Olympics" even though it's winter in Rio.

When I say it's winter in Brazil, it's not a theoretical idea: it's based on a convo with my aunt who told me it was cold there on Saturday.

And yes, I also know cold is relative. 65 in New York is not the same as 65 in LA. It's also not the same as 65 in São Paulo.

I'm not trying to justify the naming -- I was just genuinely curious as someone who's never been to Brazil. 1/

Ok, cool. In the south especially, it gets cold like LA gets cold; June and July are probably the coldest. @kavithadavidson
