As is the case for any lifestyle choice, there are tons of myths about veganism. I'm going to address two.
@LoveMyOpinions 4 stomachs. The first contains symbiotic bacteria that essentially eat the grass's cellulose. Makes sense cows are vegans.

@aurabogado but saying "a cow is still fat even though it eats grass" is vague. Why a cow is fat and why I am fat are too different reasons. -
@LoveMyOpinions Agreed. It's probably a poor comparison. I should have added that cow and human digestive tracts are radically different.
