The first car driver called and had me walk a block away. I do so, with 101 fever. He refused to take me to Manhattan.

Second car driver showed up in front of my place but refused to take credit card. Despite me explicitly saying I needed that when I called.
-
I was on hold with the third car company 10 mins when I look at time and realized urgent care clinic I'm trying to get to will close soon.
-
Now I'm stuck with horrid two star options close to where I live with reviews like "you might be better off not going at all."
-
So I'm staying at home this evening, hoping I don't die. Kind of an exaggeration. Kind of not.
-
Ah... My friend just suggested Uber. Totally forgot they were option. Taking it for the first time tomorrow. We'll see.

I made it to urgent care and found out I have a really nasty case of bronchitis. Back at home and looking forward to more rest.
-
I was put on a nebulizer and felt almost immediately better... but soon after, felt really dizzy like I was gonna pass out.
-
I was supposed to spend this holiday weekend in New Haven and instead it's just me and bronchitis. Like dorks in New York.

@ietyler The irony of you saying this when the solution to this is probably Uber is rather lovely. -

@ietyler But yes, that's the general idea.
