I just grabbed a snack here in New York's FiDi and was walking toward a train station when I stopped to take a photo on Stone Street.

The lights are strung up and looked gorgeous. So I went to take a photo when I noticed a group of white people surrounding me.
-
Three were 4 of them, all directly behind me. One said, "We just want to see what you're taking and make sure you're by a terrorist."
-
It's literally freezing outside so there aren't many people out on Stone Street. And I had no idea what these people were planning to do.
-
I just stared at the man. And they all started laughing and went to a bar.
-
I feel like I have no idea what just happened.
-
@aurabogado OH MY GOD!!!! AUUUUGHHHHH I HATE THESE PEOPLE!!

I hope you're okay! Sending love to you!

@aurabogado my guess is maybe they thought you were taking a selfie and thought it would be funny to photobomb?.. -
@aurabogado ..Then when they saw it wasn't, they made a lame scary excuse still trying to be funny?
