Came home to find out my @VerizonFiOS internet and cable were down. Three hours later I feel like throwing my modem through the window.
I've a recording of me asking Jenn what would happen if the call got disconnected. Jenn from @VerizonSupport said I'd get a call right back.

I was put on hold for another ten minutes and then suddenly got disconnected from Jenn at

@VerizonWireless because I disliked my last service. Then got@VerizonFiOS too. Guess what? Now I'm canceling both accounts. -

@Verizon. Ate up my entire Saturday night with no service and ridiculously poor customer service. Done. -
I already know what I'm doing for internet. But what are your cell phone service provider recommendations? Switching literally tomorrow.
