Came home to find out my @VerizonFiOS internet and cable were down. Three hours later I feel like throwing my modem through the window.
I explained the situation to Jenn at @VerizonSupport and was again put on hold. Jenn came back only to repeat what I had already said.

I was put on hold for another ten minutes and then suddenly got disconnected from Jenn at

@VerizonWireless because I disliked my last service. Then got@VerizonFiOS too. Guess what? Now I'm canceling both accounts. -
