I tried rebooting the box and the modem. Nothing worked, so I called @VerizonSupport. It was an utter nightmare.

I was on hold for more than hour until someone by the name of Jenn from
@VerizonSupport finally answered. -

@VerizonSupport and was again put on hold. Jenn came back only to repeat what I had already said. -
