It's hard to know where to begin, what to concede, what to defend when it comes to non-black Latinos talking about #antiblackness.
@MinoWarrior Maybe worse? People from other countries in the Americas will try to tell you we don't even have black people where we're from.

@aurabogado I have had that converation with people from Columbia (15% black) & pissed of an Argentinian teacher when I said that I (1/2) -
@aurabogado knew that the country killed of their slaves & aboriginal folks by using them as fodder in wars. A little reading can be trouble -
@MinoWarrior So, I'm Guarani and from Argentina, so I can add a little bit to this.... -
@MinoWarrior For starters, I can't tell you why Argentina's black population was almost eliminated. And that alone is traumatizing. -
@MinoWarrior Was it the Yellow Fever? Was the War of the Triple Alliance? Both? Something else entirely? We don't know. -
@MinoWarrior But I do want to add that Argentina didn't manage to kill of all blacks, or all indigenous peoples. We're still here. -
@MinoWarrior They came close, though.
