@aurabogado I think he's testing her competency and consistency with the story. Unfortunately she's not able to express herself well.

@Elle_Reezy He got in her face and kept saying "Are you refusing to come back tomorrow?" Not his Q to ask, and shouldn't be near her anyway. -
@aurabogado isn't that how the defense is supposed to act? -
@Elle_Reezy No. The defense attorney cannot leave his attorney box, get in the witness' face and ask questions about scheduling. Not at all. -
@aurabogado did the judge direct him to move back? -
@Elle_Reezy She did. But only after he kept asking, non-stop. -
@aurabogado yup. If that's what was said, that's what was said. Tragic.

@aurabogado asking questions is badgering, get real -
@SobeWharf He got in her face about her coming back tomorrow. Not his question to ask, and should not be questioning outside his box anyway. -
@aurabogado oh you meant about coming back tomorrow, yeah he probably shouldn't have asked her that -
@SobeWharf He legally cannot ask her that. Especially more than once, while hovering over her.

@aurabogado He did not get in her face, she just has an attitude and is not answering questions. -
@nrc712 He didn't leave his attorney box and head over right next to her, in her face when he kept asking her? Really?!
