I’ve been trying to leave my house for an hour, but @Associa changed the code on the garage door, which won’t let me out. I called the emergency number, explained I need to leave for a reason related to my cancer. Maryann literally laughed at me.

Maryann said she sent an emergency message to someone named Michelle. Michelle hasn’t called me. I called back and Maryann dismissed me and told me “it’s only been 7 minutes” and that if it was really an emergency for me to leave, I should have called the police. I can’t even....

Go to the door and pull the cord hanging down to allow manual operation of the door. This will release the door from the door closing device. Then raise it by hand. Back your car out, then put it back down by hand. Take front door key with you and go.

In the last seven weeks, I’ve had a major surgery, a minor surgery, and a biopsy. I’m currently in chemo. I’m unable to pull anything more than five pounds. Trying to do so could land me in the hospital.
