1) I’ve been talking with a mom whose 6-year-old was held at MVM. They’re still separated. Explaining to parents who are still in detention that their children were kept in a vacant, unlicensed office has been one of the hardest parts of my job, ever.

What about the attorneys? Why cant they get info?

Most of the parents I’ve spoken with don’t have attorneys.
