Youre talking about a case called Matter of AB (6/11/18). Today USCIS published its policy guideline implementing that decision. CIS conducts credible fear interviews at the border. The likely harm is that officers will deny asylum seekers access to the courts to argue their case

Isn't there a list of accepted reasons that someone can offer for seeking asylum? Who approved them and how are they are allowed to be changed or updated.
