Immigration judges have been asked to travel to detention center courts to work on detained dockets in the past. This is different. The DOJ is mandating all immigrantiok court staff make themselves available to travel, even on their time off, to process as many cases as possible.

We’ve seen a lot of changes to immigration policy under this administration. This one could, at least for a while, change our understanding of how immigration courts work.

This is odd! Why is the signature blocked out? Could it be someone signed this that is different from the AG?
-
Hey there. This wasn’t a signature. I redacted it for another reason.

Gotta expedite that "ethnic cleansing" before the administration is successfully "deslimed." America was respected & thriving before they were "Put in." Our strength has always been in our diversity. Our superpower status has become nearly nil.

What does race or ethnicity have to do with individuals that are violating federal immigration laws! Do the crime, do the time in your country of citizenship.
-
Guess when you play the Trump game of "trying via social media," you can take the liberty of assuming everyone is guilty before due process. Tip: Not so fast.

I lost my notebook can you remind me how many brown and black people the Obama administration deported? Also can you link me to the article where he closed Guantanamo?
-
"melted" indeed--into the "Sea of Whataboutism." Whatever the problems w/the last admin--and it was far from perfect--we were in Disneyland vs the disgusting depths of hell emerging in this
#Trumptastrophe ... BTW Obama had a plan for closing Gitmo. Trump decided to keep it open.

Yeah, they’re destroying USRAP by sending refugee officers out on “border surge” details 3 months at a time instead of interviewing refugee applicants. It’s why refugee admissions # so low. These details = deconstruction of the administrative state that Bannon talked about.

....looking like Syria in very slow motion.

The timing of this particular “surge” detail is interesting in light of the border crossing prosecutions and Matter of A-B
-
Also, as someone who practices in the NY Immigration court these details prolong even further hundreds of pending asylum cases

They're using our court system as a virtual 'wall'.

For the attempt to get everyone not white out of the US prior to midterm elections.
-
Which is really REALLY stupid on their part, since anyone is eligible for deportation is NOT eligible to vote anyway. All it does is piss those communities off and hurt families.

This administration does not know their arse from their nose, yet they were able to coordinate and facilitate a mass roll-out to INCARCERATE Babies, toddlers, infants? Highlights how EVIL they are, HOW THEY PLANNED FOR THIS
