@attritionorg @23andMe before or after the Nov. (23rd?) cut off from last year? How did you come to that conclusion?

@PhreakingGeek@23andMe kit ordered BEFORe the cutoff, sent in after. and uh... 14 year diagnosed conditionS they say 'decreased risk' -
@attritionorg@23andMe :( they do have some CYA with "decreased". I was hoping for a different test showing different marker results. -
@PhreakingGeek@23andMe no CYA covers their horribly inaccurate results. no wonder they got in trouble (was re: Nov 2013) -
@attritionorg@23andMe understandable, I would definitely be irate too. No solace in those results I guess, genealogy is neat though? -
@PhreakingGeek@23andMe nope, genealogy is worthless. "2nd to 4th Cousin" closest match, and I don't give weight to 'cousin'. -
@attritionorg@23andMe well, you're not alone their either! Family found themselves out on their own island there all over again too#aliens -
@PhreakingGeek@23andMe i did this for health information only. what I got back was flat out WRONG across the board.

@attritionorg did@23andMe suggest a different gender? Or is it just a plain rip-off with DNA panic? -
-
@attritionorg@23andMe jesus. From my studies I expect that shouldn't be a task too difficult. How long does it take to process one's DNA? -
-
@attritionorg@23andMe not a good deal at all. Sounds like a rip-off à la 'your specimen was bad'. I shall investigate this topic... -
-
@attritionorg@23andMe you probably missed the warning sign: May contain traces of human or other DNA.#DnaDerp -
