Pittsburgh-perfect example. Love Pittsburgh but there are no Latinos there and was told so by so many. North Carolina as well-they sure do love Carmens Restaurants in Raleigh. Best food and salsa lessons. People crave for diversity. A small number are racist like everywhere.
