The truth is trump should’ve been convicted in both impeachments. He should’ve been compelled to comply more with the mueller probe before that. He shouldn’t have been in office to mishandle the Covid response. And even absent all that he should’ve been removed by 6 pm on Jan 6th

It’s tragic but shooting Babbitt held the line to protect the United States government from being violently overrun by Trump’s insurrectionist. Full stop. It’s astonishing so many Americans and media folks have just decided to pretend it didn’t happen and move on to doing nothing
