Why has Trump appointed a new postmaster general that is loyal to him? Could it be so election postal votes can be removed or slowed down so they will never get counted?

Probably make more sense if we don’t suggest conspiracy theories too. Brennan served longer in her post than she’d intended, having planned to retire but ultimately delaying it. Trump recently appointed a new postmaster because he was supposed to have done that in January.
