Since Isis was finally defeated in the first six months that he was in office with very little activity from the US military I assume that he is admitting that he had nothing to do with defeating Isis. We didn't even have ammunition.

Honestly, every time I hear him say this - I think about the fact he declared a state of emergency and sent troops to a border that Fox News made look like a war zone. All the troops in the Middle East. Were they shooting finger guns? How were they staying alive?
