Young men who follow me: There is a better way than Jordan Peterson and James Damore. You have worth & dignity. You are not disenfranchised. You have incredible power & potential. But. These dudes are leading you down the wrong path. Selling you a story. Don’t fall for it.

Right. So this is what someone who is not curious looks like. Therefore, this is someone who I’m not really interested in talking with. Adam: any time you want to have an actual conversation, I’m here. Until then, have a great night.

You seem intelligent, tell me why the diversity of skin color is important in a work environment? I would not want to work for people who hire based on diversity rather than merit. Workplace is not a museum you know.
-
I actually believe every company/organization/environment is made better by diversity of all sorts—ethnicity, socioeconomics, religion, country of origin, political philosophy, etc. But this conversation is less about why to AIM for diversity; more about what its LACK reflects.

Ok, are there studies on that? Or is just an idea? Ideas are not proof positive. And neither are they proof negative. They are just ideas.
-
I mean, I have real life experience showing it… but I’m not really here to throw studies at people. ¯\(°_o)/¯ I’m not particularly interested in having a war of studies with folks. Which is part of why I talked to my followers—who already trust me—vs. the rest of the world
