So @qz interviews a founding member of Project Include. In the interview, she says Nordic countries are "fantastic examples" of "greater representation and success of women in the workplace".

Your thinking that there’s anything paradoxical here is confusing.
-
Yes. Where’s the paradox?
-
Nordic countries. I'm not going to read the article out loud for you.
-
I am not asking where, geographically, the paradox is.

*what* is the paradox?
Damn. -
Read the article. It's literally under the title.
-
Yes. It does not describe something paradoxical. What do you consider the paradox to be? Or did you not actual process it and you’re just repeating what you saw?

ironically her advice implies all white men are by default “confident,” which is a strange way to put a race on a pedestal, while simultaneously blaming them for your own problems.
-
In what way is that ironic?
-
because it's a statement of a "solution" (act white, apparently) being used to justify a "problem" (mediocrity), about the same type of person. the tweet is essentially a projection of inner conflict
-
It isn’t at all. You are a prime example. Your thinking is mediocre, but you say it with confidence. You’ve been fed the idea that you are smarter than you are. It benefits you. Derp.
-
what's the basis of your accusation? so far: we disagree on Tracy's "advice" (her words). what else?
-
That it is ironic. Clearly you didn’t understand it, underscoring your mediocrity. Yet you felt confident enough to argue with it, underscoring the Dunning-Kruger effect that serves to benefit white men. *that* is the irony.

Based on profile, raised in San Francisco. Wonder how much her parents make?
