What are your fitness goals? 100ft handstand walk?

Haha close. Working on building strength to do a planche and front lever. I'm also working towards an l-sit to handstand on parallel bars. I can do them separately but the transition is tough. More gymnastics type stuff.

I never realized how much strength gymnastics took until I tried doing an l-sit into literally any other position
