your results Adam are pretty much the *ideal* personality composition. Both creative and hardworking with low neuroticism and balanced extraversion. Maybe Agreeableness could be slightly higher. But otherwise, you're a lucky guy :)

I've found reviewing the aspects of each of the "Big Five" very helpful. One example: I'm high in "Agreeableness", but that is heavily weighted by compassion, not politeness.

Yes, reviewing the two-fold breakdowns of each big five helped. There were still some parts of the assessment I strongly disagreed with
