Did I say Asians were in positions of power? No. I said the lighter a person is, the more privilege and leeway they get.

Point is, you couldn't look less like people in power when you're Asian since there are none. But I guess it's all skin tone to you.

The people in power will constantly use Asian people as an example of how other minorities, ie darker toned people to be.

Of course, they're still racist to Asian people, but that still goes on.

Or they're highlighting a minority who's somehow able to make it in racist America...due to differences in culture maybe?
