I can't speak to benefits though. I've added this, running, and sauna over the past 2 months. Hard to isolate the source.

I wonder how much the fasting fad is just for people who are used to pigging out. I eat every 3 hours and it's perfect. Energy all day.

I don't really consider this to be fasting though. Doesn't seem long enough. For most, I think it helps with bored eating.

You know what also helps with bored eating? Not being hungry. If you find yourself exploring the kitchen, just make some damn food.

I believe the general implication of bored eating is that it's done when you aren't actually hungry. Or your diet is shit.

I definitely don't restrict myself from eating for the sake of it but there is science to back this as well.
