Trying to explain to a group of guys why it's important to have women in tech. I'm so very tired of this. So tired of fighting and arguing.

Some women don't. That's fine. But I personally know of many women who WANT to be in tech who didn't start, due to stereoptypes...

Or they were in tech and left due to unconcious bias, sexual harassment, blatant sexism, or unfriendly workplaces.

Girls as young as 6 are disqualifying themselves because they don't fit the stereotype of what being "smart" is. That's BULLSHIT.
