the end result is most hires are white men. Critics say to branch out. Actual hires should not reflect applicant pool if it's homogeneous.

But in
@PalantirTech's case, the lawsuit claims their eventual hires did not reflect the 85% of applicants which were Asian. You can't win.2 replies 0 retweets 2 likes
And out of nowhere Asians suddenly became a minority. This is suspicious enough already and it's even worse when we're talking about tech.
