Hi Coraline! What makes your "Contributor Covenant" a political document? Do you mean that in the "everything is political" sort of stance... or that there are specific political goals / party affiliations / etc. within the document (if so, care to elaborate)?

What makes it political? And what status quo is the document fighting? Also... who is fighting to maintain said status quo? (Asking quite sincerely. I'll be covering this tomorrow and want to make sure the thoughts of the author are properly represented.)
