I could throw a football from my front porch and hit the dumpster where I throw out my trash. But when kids come knocking on my door offering to do it for $1, I give it to them. How else are they going to buy Fortnite skins?

This is what needs to be done: eradicate all need for licenses and permits. Let kids be kids, and explore their entrepreneurial side. That said, I'm sure this would be abused in some way, shape, or form by somebody else. Perhaps that's the reason for these laws to begin with. IDK

Problem occurs when the state quashes & chokes business; they're actually supposed to protect & promote our ability to earn a living. But they rarely if ever do that b/c corruption sets in & way they make money is by taking it from us. No kid needs a license to sell on sidewalk.
