If they are formerly valid the Fed/Treasury will replace them for you. If you explain you want to exchange damaged bills for fresh ones your bank should be able to facilitate it for you (you can take out and keep the trackers)+

I only know this because after a fire my uncle's cash that had *almost* burned away (a stack of corners remained) it was the government via his bank that replaced *those* bills
