    Impeachment hearings are required by Trump’s actions, signal that the rule of law still exists, are imperative whether or not the Senate convicts, and won’t rile up his base any more than they are already. Even if they are only symbolic, SYMBOLISM MATTERS IN THE FACE OF FASCISM.
