    Thrilled to announce an illustrated book to celebrate the project and 25th anniversary! The grandest illustration project I have ever done. Such an honour to work here as an artist and a scientist with such fantastic colleagues.

    Happy to release a new version of dNdScv with support for any assembly and any species. Applications may include cancer gene discovery or selection analyses in non-human species and driver discovery in human transcripts not covered by default in dNdScv.

    I am still looking for time to implement a new release of dNdScv that can be run on any species or assembly. In the meantime, if it is of any use, dNdScv can already be run on mouse and dog cancer data. See below.
