Since G-Suite doesn’t have shared mailboxes, It’s often used as a shared mailbox, but doesn’t have the basic features that a shared mailbox should have.

To start with it has the worst (and most neglected) UI of any web app ever. Most everything else stems from that: trying to accomplish basic tasks, groups discoverability, etc.

Non-exhaustive list. I think email chains are usually tree shaped (branches break off, sometimes re merge) but all app shows emails as lists. Makes it super confusing to track a past thread.
