Have done but it isn't uninstalling but more back dating an update. I have cleared storage and memory as well. Wondered if simular issues you see in a previous tweet have been brought to your attention before.

Thanks for trying the steps, we haven't seen any similar reports on this. Could you try uninstalling the app updates, restarting the device and reinstalling the app updates to check if that makes a difference? Let us know how it goes.

I don't know how to go beyond initial unstalling or if you can uninstall further updates. Only option is uninstall then it says update. I do winder if OneUI plays a part but with no one else questioning this then I wonder if its just my phone.

That's right. You can go ahead and uninstall > update the app. When you click on uninstall, this removes the app updates, and then you basically update the app. Let us know how it goes.
