I find the idea of falsifiability useful in this context. Over what time horizon would you consider the prediction of an “imminent” Russo-Estonian war false? 3 months? 1 year? 10 years?

And, more importantly, if the war happens in that time horizon will you admit she was right, or come up with an excuse about how she was “right for the wrong reasons” while you were “wrong for the right reasons?”
