Dr. Ford literally had not ONE witness, ONE corroborator, or ONE shred of evidence. Not. A. Single. One. Her testimony was 100.00% "feelings" and 0.00% facts. All Conservatives are looking for is simple: Facts, evidence, logic & reason. None of which were provided. Period.

Did you see a report that the rest of us didn't?
-
Dr. Ford had a witness: herself. She had evidence: her testimony. Testimony is evidence. She had corroboration in the legal sense. These are enough, factually, to convict people in a court of law. Which is not even what this was.

She’s not courageous or brave .. she lied and made up stories to try to derail a man who is highly qualified. Liberals have zero credibility or evidence for anything
-
I guess you didn’t take the time to read the letter. If you want to support Kavanaugh, just do so. But don’t base it on an uninformed opinion.
-
The SJS has been asking for the damn therapist report etc for weeks. The letter is a fffffff off to the SJC. These lawyers are slime balls. I'm sure they all have book deals. FFFFFFFF them.

and what does that stand for again? Bless your ignorant heart

Since you asked so nicely: Find ‘em, finger ‘em, fuck ‘em and forget ‘em. FFFF.

Calling BS. Release the documents as requested 3 times by Senate Judiciary for advice and consent. As explained, if released to FBI then FBI simply submits to Judiciary, the review and decision-makers. This is Avenatti style focused on smear.
-
The judiciary committee kept posting docs to their official Twitter account that arguably should not have been released by them. Why would anyone trust them with their mental health records? They proved themselves that they are not to be trusted in this matter.
-
I don't disagree but they are the arbiter, they offered to protect confidentiality (the other stuff is both sides snarking publicly, like this) but if you choose not to trust them you choose not to support your allegation
-
Exactly! She started this fiasco. She should do whatever it takes to see it through....if it’s real.... I’m sure her legal team could black out whatever is not pertinent....not that difficult...
-
And they are not medical records but therapy notes that she shared with Washington Post to smear but not Senate to support her testimony where she cited them? Priorities?
-
Therapy notes are actually afforded higher protection than other medical records under HIPAA.
-
Ford shared them with Washington Post who used the therapy notes in the story ... Priorities .... Hit piece on WaPo or support allegation to Senate? This is clearly political activism not a search for the truth.
-
Why did McGahn not have the FBI interview her?
