) is showing pretty material progress. Being able to build tunnels in a way that is substantially faster/cheaper could, like with the development of planes/boats/cars, unlock whole new areas of real estate that otherwise remains locked up.

The boring company is not only the loop (the public transit ‘solution’ which is rightly panned) I’m talking about the primitive technology they’re working on of a being able to tunnel faster
