Are any street legal in US?
There are currently over 400 companies building micromobility vehicles, with 1.75 million sold a year. They look like cars, they are hired to do the same job but none are counted because they are not classified as cars. Classic disruption.

Also car companies see that happening and still they cannot do anything about it. (Having invested billions in car manufacturing plants) Also branding. There is no glory in making Ford cycle.

In places with high adoption (particulalry with teens), we find a hike in accidents/fatal casualties. Combined with a lack of infrastructure (dedicated lanes, negative sentiment from traditional bike riders), they are being met with stricter “car like” regulation (e.g licence)
