I see an interesting correlation between ownership percentage of founders and profitability, in most Indian startups. Bootstrapped, massively profitable. Majority ownership, decent profitability or clear path. Founders with small ownership, money burners. What’s the cause?

Their reasons being 1. Much better weather 2. Even moderately well to do people can afford a personal trainer or cook, which is reserved for ultra wealthy in Europe. 3. The convenience and low cost of Dunzo/Zomato/Swiggy is unimaginable.

Had a European friend visiting last few days, and he felt that if Bangalore had good roads the quality of life here is definitely far superior than most EU cities.
