    6. This is in my story, but in case you missed it, the ruling applies only to the Tucson Sector, which has 8 facilities. But we know there are similar, if not worse conditions in many sectors on the southern border. Remember this?

    2. Judge David C. Bury hinted at this when the trial closed last month. In his ruling today, he wrote that conditions in BP facilities, which are supposed to be short term and considered civil (not criminal) detention, are WORSE than some prisons and jails
