It’s a shame that it don’t support 2GB of memory.
AIX 5.1 for qemu-system-ppc PReP (32bit) fully installed image with GCC compiler and all sorts of tools (CDE ..etc) is here https://archive.org/details/aix5.1-qemu-imge … ( make sure you build the patched qemu for this to work)

Its what it is :) There were limitations I guess ... for AIX 7.2 there are no limits and it runs nicely too (although there are multiple hiccups with some xcoff64 binaries for which one has to use the RISC 6000 32bit ones ..
