I guess officially #InfinityWar isn't the huge crater everyone was fearing it'd turn out to be, so I better hurry up w my MCU catch up. Presumably it's worth watching in theaters, instead of on home theater?
That said, I haven't really been amazed with the blockbuster crop of recent yrs. All the best popcorn sellers have at least 5 yrs under their belt, barring a few gems. I don't think anything made after, say, Mad Max: Fury Road, can be termed a classic.

If you have not been watching them as soon as they were released and can avoid spoilers, and since you have waited this long, I suggest you wait until Avengers 4 next year.

Guess that’s an option. Presumably you’re implying that Infinity War isn’t worth rushing to a theater for?

I got the impression that you will need to play catch up. MCU Phase III comes to an end next year. I believe catching up and then waiting for a year for the conclusion will not be a positive experience.

Good point, guess it depends on whether IW is worth watching in theaters. I mostly watched the MCU at home, as opposed to the X-Men & Nolan’s Batman :)

It’s an action-packed CGI fest. Difficult for me to judge if it is worth the movie trip as the only criteria for me is “not waiting.”

And to think that the Russos started their run by making the most live action-y MCU film possible...

Haven’t seen Black Panther, Logan & Wonder Woman yet, though, I know they probably qualify. But srsly, it’s mostly dry season in blockbuster country, whereas games & series are killing it.
