ISIS didn't develop its methods in a vacuum, strategic knowhow derived from Baathists ousted in the invasion, and it sounds like the author of this notebook might be a former merc. Geopolitics is the slaughterhouse of humanism, at any rate, no player is innocent.

It's depressing they can literally publish their strategy in advance & our governments still react how ISIS want them to; eliminate the grey zone, & become ever more fascist. It's OBL & 9/11 again. They know they can't beat us, but also know the West will happily destroy itself.
