Most of them had clauses in their contracts that had hefty early termination fees, making quitting tough for most, in yet another way. There needs to be FCC notice when a parent company pushes that type of editorial.

I know, I've followed all of the public aspects of the story this week. What the Listening Post segment contributes is the realization that this kind of media concentration should be opposed early, and vigorously. The Borg incident just brought it to the fore, way too late.
