This is apparently the EU research project-developed platform for ADR (#spacejunk deorbiting/capture tech) riding on #Dragon to the ISS https://directory.eoportal.org/web/eoportal/satellite-missions/r/removedebris … https://www.sstl.co.uk/Missions/RemoveDEBRIS/RemoveDEBRIS-Platform/RemoveDEBRIS-platform …
As usual, there's multiple EU/privately-funded ADR projects underway, like this net capture system https://twitter.com/CORDIS_EU/status/978566536972656640 … (It's not "outer space," but never mind)pic.twitter.com/cXr498x6rF

Also, there's a pretty exciting experiment included in the
#Dragon payload: fractional artificial microgravity https://www.nasa.gov/ames/research/space-biosciences/mvp-spacex-14 …https://www.iss-casis.org/blog/applying-gravity-in-microgravity-through-the-techshot-mvp/ …Show this thread -
It'll probably take decades at least until research produces anything close to tractable artigrav beyond the microscale, but one can hope. Mammals don't take well to 0g for long periods of time.
