I recently setup a new laptop and balked at re-downloading all the extensions etc needed for my perfect adblocking setup. Besides, as someone else commented, this has the inadvertent benefit of keeping me focused by making me regret opening a link :P

I'll look into those threads, thx; but NoScript is a lot of pain when running a web dev team, as I do.

I know, but given emergent threats, testing in isolation nowadays is a priority need. (See Swift’s thread in my last RT)

damn, only now did i see the rest of the thread, I made the wrong assumptions went overboard re isolation.

Browser side: Ublock Origin a must, uMatrix is a pain to "train" but then superb. Firefox;s "Multi account containers" a great addition isolating sites into groups, but a pain to use, need better UI.
