Struggling to get used to coffee without sugar. Artificial sweeteners taste like hot chemical trash. Any suggestions from anyone who's gone another route?

I only ever drank filter coffee black, conditioned myself from the start. And espresso, ofc. Can’t really wean myself off sugar for frappé & cappuccino, though (and I loathe aspartame.) Leaf stevia, maybe?
